🔧 Firestone Complete Auto Care

Huge fan of this whole outfit. We started visiting locations in Dallas years ago for new tires and services on our vehicles. Now my daughters are adults out in the world with their own cars. We continue to get all service and state inspections at Firestone whenever possible because of their professional attitude and quality work. These guys at this location got my daughter’s damaged tire replaced on warranty. Very fast service. They were so nice to her that she called and asked me to drop them a five star recommendation. Thanks, Firestone.

I have been going to this Firestone location for over 10 years. Dale, Christine, and all the others have given me and my family excellent care. I have never felt taken advantage of. I refer other family and friends here and they get the same care. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

I went yesterday to get my front brake pads replaced. I scheduled an appointment through Firestone's app (for anyone reading this - don't do this, it's better to call or go in person to schedule an appointment so that the team knows exactly what your car needs). Because of something not communicated through the appointment made through the app, my appointment was taking much longer than I had anticipated. I had to cancel a meet up with friends that I had made. I expressed this to Miguel R., and he tried to get the service expedited. Even though it couldn't get expedited, I will still be coming back to this location because of Miguel's great customer service and professionalism. My car is definitely driving better now. Thank you guys :)

I had a nail in my tire this morning, and came for a patch and was not disappointed! Usually have to wait for an unreasonable amount of time but service was quick. 11/10 recommend working with this location! Such high quality customer service, they will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and if they are too full, they do their best to fit you in or recommend you an alternative option.
