Firestone Complete Auto Care

Everyone at the Firestone in Oak Hill was great. Listened to my concerns and did a thorough inspection. Very communicative with me in the process and they were able to resolve my vehicles issues and get my oil changed as well! Thanks for your flexibility and making sure I’m safe on the road.

Every time that I go to the Oak Hill Firestone the experience is Leaps and bounds above EVERY OTHER Firestone location that I have been to over the past years. The manager Ray Martinez always focuses on his patrons no matter how busy the store is to insure that EVERYONE has a smooth trouble free experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ray and his team of PROFESSIONALS to ALL my friends and family to ensure a PLEASANT trouble free experience! I LOVE MY WILDERNESS A/T’s!

I recently took my vehicle in for a brake replacement and an oil change. I have taken my car to this specific location because the customer service is excellent and I received fast service. This location is not near my house, but I am willing to travel because I know I will walk out feeling like I was treated fairly. I have developed a great relationship with the store manager Mr. Ray Martinez, who always greets me with respect. I recommend this store to anyone who needs Tires or any service done.

I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to the outstanding service and professionalism. Ray took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. The team worked quickly and delivered high quality results, and Ray made sure I was updated. I highly recommend this Firestone location if you want honest, reliable, and friendly service. Thanks again, Ray!

Store is clean, helpful staff, these gentlemen are working hard and doing the job right. My service Advisor Caleb did a great job and went above and beyond to get me in and out for a tire service. This place is worth the money.
