Debbie and Eddy are amazing! They got me seen with an oil and tire change and hour before closing. They were so nice and I am so grateful for them!

Went it for a coolant leak, and got a call back saying it was going to be $602 TOTAL, something that is usually between $200 and $300 at my local mechanic, but it was something I had to do or car was not driveable, get a call the day after and they tell me the part is already fixed but now they have to replace all the coolant in the system and that’s going to be another $150, something they knew beforehand of course, but they hid it until there was no going back. When i come to get my car and pay for it, surprise!, the total is now $850, out of nowhere, a couple extra charges they hadn’t mention either and they knew even before they started fixing it. As expected, big companies scam and there’s nothing you can do, had to come here because every other place around was closed (it was a sunday) but, save your time and your money and don’t come here if you can avoid it.

We dropped off the car at night, and in the morning, we were told that the car would be ready in a couple of hours. Half a day passes and still no phone call, so we call and they said that they had the tire, but that someone didn’t confirm it so they sold it to someone else. That is absolutely not the case because we called that morning. Then they said they had to wait for another tire to get there. They finally called right before closing, so we didn’t have time to drive all the way back to get the car. When we did drive the next morning to pick up the car, I confirmed whether they had done the alignment, and they said the service was declined. This is not the case either. We had requested a one-time alignment since we do not plan to keep this car for a lot longer. I will never return to the shop.

I have no idea why they accept appointments at this place. I made an appointment and had to wait 2 hours for work to be completed, 1 hour for work to even START! I was literally told “appointments don’t mean anything, it just gets your car in the system.” They were also late to open, and have absolutely no sense of urgency considering the amount of cars they have working. Yes, they do the work. But don’t expect it to be done quickly or with any bit of hospitality.

Great service everyone I show up. Never had any issues with their team or management. Tons of history in that building. I will always bring my car here no matter what. If you’re looking for a new shop to work on your car that’s reliable and has a network of 2300 stores nationwide, this is your place.
