The skid plate fell off the day after my oil change, which was frustrating. UPDATE: The manager contacted me the very next day, ordered a new plate and hardware, and installed it free of charge. While unexpected issues can happen, I truly appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled it. This is exactly how a business should respond, making it right, and ensuring the customer leaves satisfiied

The store opens on Saturdays and Sundays. They are availalble on the same or following day, when I need my vehicle to check out or get repaired. These are very helpful. In addition, I learned a lot from the representative about my vehicle and details, and I really appreciate their patience and efforts. I'd definitely come back if necessary. Kudos to Rhone and Mike!

My daughter scheduled an appointment to have her tires rotated and when she brought the car in for service ,to our surprise ,was told by Joe Vivano, the manager( I'm not sure if this is the correct spelling) told her that wheels has locks on them and that he couldn't remove the tires without a key. These same tires were rotated in November, 2024 by Joe himself but he insisted that he couldn't remove the tires. I called him to confirm that the GLK does not have locks and that a lug removal, flower style was what is used but he continued to rudely disavow my explanation even with a tire specialist from Nola Sport, a Porche and Mercedes Benz specialist from New Orleans( Where I purchased the car from)joining the call to confirm that these tires did not EVER have wheel locks. He continued to be dismissive and rude even when I suggested to come back tomorrow to have Trent, the technician that changed her flat in December to service the car . I have never had someone talk to me so rudely and condescending in my life and for a manager to refuse to listen and be helpful in this situation that he was clearly wrong about, is appalling. I would never bring my car to this facility and I will make sure our friends, and coworkers stay clear of this shop as well.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience under the management at Firestone. The manager is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to ensure the customers are well taken care of. They maintain a well-organized shop, I noticed he keeps his team motivated, and are always willing to explain service details or help resolve any concerns. It’s clear they care about quality work and customer satisfaction. Their leadership has created a reliable and trustworthy environment that reflects well on the Firestone brand.

Mike at Firestone did an excellent job. He had great customer service went above and beyond to make sure we got the tires we wanted. Will definitely recommend and be back. only had one tire in stock went out of their way to get the other three from another store and still had our car in and out and less than two hours. Outstanding!!!!
