Worst experience. It is a trap please do not park in this garage even if you extend it online they will still trap you and make you pay the fine. It’s a scam please stay away from this garage. And they do not take card and want cash. Please stay away from it

You should know that none of the 2nd Street District businesses validate parking for the Silicon Labs Garage. We went out to dinner at The Well and spent over $150, only to find out they don’t validate for that garage. We ended up paying $100 for boot removal and $30 for parking. I would avoid this garage altogether and recommend calling the business you're visiting ahead of time to confirm which garages offer validated parking. Also, the rates listed on the District 2 website are incorrect - it’s actually **$29 after taxes and service fees for just 1.5 hours (Weekend Rate Fri thru Sun)**, and that’s the minimum charge. You'll find cheaper garages nearby if you drive around a bit.

I’ll give it zero stars but it’s not possible! This parking garage was the worse experience I ever had. They have a sign at the entrance that says “ticket must be pay before walking out the garage”, the gates weren’t open to get the ticket. We asked the older guy at the booth that was supposed to be helping us but instead he was too busy on his phone, he said that we have to pay to enter which it didn’t make sense cause the sign said the complete opposite. We told him what the sign said and he responded saying “you want to pay $150 for the boot”. You guys should definitely look for new employees. This guy was working 5/7/25 around 10:30-10:45am. White male mid 50-60’s living an upset life.

Awful parking garage. The arm of the gate is left open and there are small signs at the corner of garage requiring payment before leaving the garage. Typically one pulls a ticket and then pays at the end of the time. Unclear instructions, lead to booting, with an exorbitant fee to remove it.

Parked here for Pecan Street festival on a Sunday 9/17/23. Cost $12 for four hours, less for shorter period, and for 10 hours was $15. First 3 floors reserved for visitors.
