Got a walk I oil change here and had a great experience. The team was friendly, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need (which I really appreciate). Service was quick — I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Prices were fair and they walked me through everything they did. Will definitely come back for future maintenance. Kim the manager was great!

I made an appointment with Midas yesterday to get my oil changed. Kim got me an appointment immediately. He was very helpful, friendly and respectful! Upon arriving at Midas Kim informed me that my brakes and rotors needed to be changed as well. He offered me a great price and even assisted me with a ride to work. Michelle was very friendly and helpful in getting everything set up for me. I would definitely recommend Midas on William Cannon. Thank you guys soooo much!

Kim was so kind patient and understanding. He took every concern that I had seriously explained to me why we were doing what we were doing and made sure I felt good with the decisions I was making. I’ve gone to other Midas’s in the area and they all pale in comparison to this location. I felt comfortable getting my car repaired here and confident in the quality of my repairs.

Customer service was top-notch! The staff (Kim &Michelle) were friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience smooth. They’re currently running a great special on oil changes — just $39.99 for synthetic oil. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality service at a great price!

We needed brakes on our vehicle, found Midas in our area after doing a quick online search. We called at 7:30 am on a Saturday and the manager Kim said “come on in ,we’ll take care of you .”We received Prompt, friendly , professional service and at a great price.
