Damon was very helpful when I brought my car into the shop. I love the energy of the shop! Both the managers were pleasant and engaged with me like we were old friends. The work they did was done in a moderate time and I’m happy to get my car back on the road safely. Thank you guys for being one of the good guys!

Best Midas I’ve ever been to. The whole team was friendly and made sure I was taken care of more than necessary, especially Damon. Great leadership skills, ability to multi task and I can tell the team enjoys working with him. He made my experience very easy and actually enjoyable. 10/10 customer service and highly recommend.

I’ve found my new go-to oil change spot, and it’s all thanks to the exceptional service here. Derrick is truly fantastic at what he does—he’s the kind of person who would be an asset anywhere. He greets customers with a smile, acknowledges everyone waiting, and genuinely makes you feel appreciated. He’s thorough, doesn’t cut corners, and goes above and beyond. While I was waiting with my 21-month-old, Derrick offered crayons, a coloring book, and even let him play with a custom car his son had made. It made the experience so much easier. I also watched him handle a customer issue over the phone with professionalism and ease—ensuring the person not only had their problem resolved but was genuinely happy with the outcome. Jacob handled my oil change quickly and efficiently, even bringing my car right up to the door when it was done. I have absolutely nothing negative to say—just great service from start to finish. Excellent job, Derrick and Jacob!

This location has great customer service! I came in for an oil change in the late afternoon, and I was quoted an hour or so wait. Not surprised since the parking lot was full of vehicles. However, my car was ready after only 30 minutes! Damon was so hospitable, sincere, and friendly. He offered me a cold bottled water for my wait and told me about their online promotions for other services they were offering, in case I or someone else I knew needed any of that work done. Additional shout out to Adrian who did my oil change quickly! Thank you for the speedy service! Will absolutely be spreading the good word about this Midas location to everyone I know.

They had my car for two weeks—definitely not their fault—but they answered every call I made (and I called a lot, even when I knew there was no update 😅). What was supposed to be a one-day job turned into more, but they worked with me to save a lot of money. I’m not the most patient person, but they helped me through it. Now I’ve got my car back and I’m back on the road—thank you!
