They charged me hundreds of dollars for a headlight that burnt out after ten years of owning the car. After a week, it went out again, they fixed it, it went out in a month. They fixed it and it was good, two weeks later the other side went out. Same experience. Several hundred dollars and endless mistakes I asked AI about it. AI preceded to tell me that I can buy my headlight bulb for $25 at O Reilly's and they will install it complimentary. They did... They simply just unplug the old bulb and then pluged the new one in right in front of me like in two minutes. They fixed my problem instantly for $25 dollars. Never go to lambs auto repair or any auto repair if it's anything an auto parts store can do for you for free. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of.

I was helped by Beth, Cedric and Josh to get a front wheel alignment on my 2003 Toyota 4runner. I am a bit distrustful of mechanics in general, as I do most of my own repairs, so do not have a place I feel comfortable at. They made me feel welcome and let me observe as they were doing my alignment. I had just redone my suspension and changed some angles so needed my tires set back correctly. I had also, reset her to factory rake setting, so the frame wasn't level and Josh came over got the angle tool and set the computer correctly. My car did not want to get into alignment easily but Cedric worked on it till it was right. If I need an alignment in the future I will be going back to this lambs tire and auto.

I highly recommend this Lamb’s location for your vehicle repair needs. Their mechanic provided exceptional service at a significantly lower cost compared to the dealership. I will undoubtedly utilize their services in the future. Beth helped to work tirelessly to come up with a solution.

My high coolant temperature warning light came on unexpectedly, I pulled over in the closest parking lot and started calling the closest auto repair places that were open on Saturday. I assumed most places would be too busy for me to come in same day. Over the phone their lead technician talked me through what signs to look for to make sure it was safe to drive it the few miles to their shop. They fit me in same day (when they were already very booked up), ran the diagnostic tests and explained thoroughly the cause and how they would fix the issue. They were extremely courteous and I felt very taken care of. Thank you for saving the day and squeezing me in!
