I had my oil changed today at Lambs Tire and Automotive and the mechanic Michael was so kind applied a coupon when making an appointment off of my bill. I also witnessed him assisting a woman who needed her brake light bulb changed. He went out to her car came back and told her it was done. No charge. I thought that type of courtesy is exactly why I keep coming back. Customer Service really services the people.

This lamb’s tires have the best customer service at an auto shop that I’ve ever seen. They know what they are doing and explain the ins and out to the customer. Due to their hard work and kindness, they are my favorite auto shop in Austin. I definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was ! We had a blowout just outside of Austin while on a road trip. I called to inquire about the type of replacement tire we needed and while they did not have one at the Lamb's located on North Lamar, there was one at a different Lamb's location. They knew our situation and went to pick up the tire for us and bring it to the North Lamar location since it was closer and we were using a spare !!!! Just wow !!!! I'm from Dallas and have NEVER seen such great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this tire shop.

James at Lambs goes above and beyond for customer service! He helped me locate a rim for 50% of the price of the dealership, and was in and out in under an hour once the rim was delivered. We’ve been coming to Lambs for years for all our tire needs and are always so impressed with how helpful they are and how they never try to up-sell. Quite the opposite; they genuinely care about finding you the best price, of course with your safety in mind as well. Thank you, James and Lambs team!

Short explanation: dishonest and pricey The full story: I came in for a routine oil change and mentioned that I would like to have my tires rotated as well. They assured me that the tire rotation was included with the oil change service. When I received a call saying my car was ready for pickup, they informed me that they had also added air to the tires. However, upon picking up my car, I noticed that the tire rotation hadn't been completed, as the rear wheels are newer than the front ones. I walked in hoping to understand what happened, but I was only given the total amount due rather than an explanation. They suggested scheduling another appointment to have the tire rotation done, but I explained that I was hoping to complete everything in one visit. To help THEM resolve the situation, I asked if they could offer a discount since the full service I requested wasn't provided. They gave me a standard $15 off coupon. When I drove off, I checked my tire pressure and the tires weren't even filled. I value transparency when it comes to businesses, and Lambs does not provide that.
