Everything I asked them to do or look over was done. The overnight drop off is a plus. Going back to get shocks after a couple more paychecks come in. Everyone seemed friendly. I wish they had a job drop off or pick up if we worked nearby but not close enough to walk. This makes it a bit tough to schedule an appointment. They did a good enough job that I'm coming back, something my last place did not. I had to jump through too many hoops to get stuff done like oil change guy only works mornings or our inspection guy cut out early again because it was slow or too hot or he had errands to run. I had enough. Some service businesses forget the word service. So far, things have gone good at LAMBS.

Absolutely stellar experience! Lamb’s quickly diagnosed and fixed my car’s AC at an affordable price. The highlight was Sierra. Her communication was top-notch every step of the way. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service and quality work. Highly recommend!

Went here to get my tires rotated for the very first time. Christian was happy to assist me! Very quick service and transparent with the work. I just got a random flat tire from 4 nails and Sierra changed it for me at the last hour before closing. It was not easy and she did an amazing job accommodating to me. I really couldn't have asked for better service and attention to detail than this location. This is my second time back but will now always take my business here if I need anything in the future! Great people all around that are happy to help.

After a poor experience at a different lambs location, I took my Jeep into the Lambs on South Congress for my 50-60k service. They took phenomenal care of me. They provided me with honest pricing and even checked a tire at no charge! I followed Chris, the store manager to this store after he relocated from another Lambs. His team there is absolutely phenomenal. Sierra (sp), Angela, and Chris are the absolute best. They are not the type of shop that wants to charge you the most money and never see you again. They want to build a relationship and will treat you like family. You won’t regret taking your car here.
