🔧 Lamb's Tire & Automotive

I went in for a tire rotation and oil change, brought my own oil and filter, asked them to keep the bottle for me because I can use it for a rebate. Everything went great, just paid for the labor as quoted and the empty bottle was put back in the car. When I got home I realized I had left the receipt in the bag I’d handed them and was just starting to mourn my rebate (because surely it was gone forever) and lo and behold— someone had taken the time to Make Sure™ I didn’t lose that rebate!! 100/10

Excellent service. Attended to me in a timely manner. David was very polite, respectful, and helpful. He reviewed the estimate provided in detail in order of what HAD to be performed at the time of service and provided a detailed timeline of what would need to be performed at later dates/mileage. I find them thorough but not pushy in servicing my cars. I have used Lamb's on Far West for over 10 years and will continue to trust them with the servicing of my vehicles.

I was helped by Brandon and David today and they were both awesome! Very knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. They took their time to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. I came in knowing my car had quite a few issues but they did not try to up-charge me or fear monger me into paying for services that weren’t absolutely necessary or that I couldn’t afford. I ended up staying there most of the day while they fixed my car and they were kind enough to check on me and offer me refreshments throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from this Lamb’s location. Brandon, the service advisor was professional, and his recommendations were reasonable. My vehicle was serviced quickly while I waited. And the mechanics Matt And Marco gave me thorough explanations of minor but important details of my repairs. I’ve been driving for 45 years and know a fair amount about auto repair. I honestly report that this location is in the top 5% of all repair shops and can’t recommend them highly enough

Had an excellent experience and highly recommend this place! Jeff and David were great and the service was fast, friendly, and professional, with no pressure to upsell. They even had a coupon for my oil change, which was a nice bonus. The entire team at the Far West location was incredibly helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. I loved that I received a text with photos and recommendations on what needed attention now and in the future. Plus, the location is convenient for running errands while you wait. I was so impressed that I immediately texted friends to recommend it—this will always be my go-to spot for oil changes and inspections. Thanks for the great service!
