Wonderful experience! Third stop trying to get an emissions test and I was treated like royalty. Was able to leave Jeep onsite and go grab a bite. For a text the minute it was complete with the full report! Great service!

Updated Review – Warranty Being Honored I want to update my review to reflect that Lamb’s Auto is now honoring the warranty on the starter replacement originally done in February 2024. There were some initial frustrations and miscommunications during the process, but once I was able to fully connect with Craig, the store manager, things started heading in the right direction. He’s made it clear that his goal is to make me — the customer — happy, and I truly appreciate that. While I was initially concerned about the quality of the part used, I’m grateful that Craig is now working with me to ensure I receive a better-quality replacement and that the issue is resolved professionally. Thank you, Craig, for stepping in and taking care of this. I’m glad we were able to find a solution, and I appreciate your commitment to doing right by your customers.

I had a great experience at Lamb’s Tire Automotive. Mr. Ken did an excellent job handling phone calls and still made sure I felt like a priority. Even though the shop was clearly busy and he had a lot of people to take care of, he stayed calm, professional, and respectful the whole time. Appreciate the great service!

I called in and spoke with Craig, the manager, about how busy they were. He said come on down and he would work me in. I have used them 1 other time and these guys truly care about their customers and their job. I was in and out within an hour for an oil change even though they were super busy. Ken, Craig's assistant, was friendly and attentive. Offered me coffee and a place to sit down and do my work. Great Experience!!!

I took my vehicle for an alignment and tire balancing, also agreeing to a full vehicle inspection. Upon receiving my car back, I discovered damage to my stereo frame and a loose dashboard with missing screws. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was met with denial and defensiveness, which was incredibly frustrating. I'm currently working to get this resolved, but the lack of ownership and the feeling of being gaslit has made this a very negative experience.
