🔧 Four Points Automotive

I have used Four Points Auto forover 7yrs. I would not trust anyone else to touch my car. Mike and his crew are the best. Mike's crew also maintains my Mom's 2001 Lincoln. I can only say positive things about Four Points.

If there is ever a tricky issue, they are diligent in getting to the bottom of it no matter what it takes. There is no pressure, no upselling - just honest, professional advice. The quality of work is top-notch, and the prices are very fair

I recently moved back to Austin and couldn't be happier to return to 4 Points. They took care of me years ago and they're still the absolute best! They're genuinely awesome people and extremely trustworthy - You're in great hands . The team are expert technicians who get the job done right the first time. Their pricing is extremely fair - especially considering the thorough, high-quality work. The entire process is quick and seamless. They even offer the convenience of drop-off and pick-up service. Kudos to this outstanding local business and their amazing team. They've earned their reputation. They deserve every accolade and positive review they receive!

Mike and his team are the best. I have been taking my family's cars to Mike for well over 12 years. I don't trust anyone else. He is honest, tells you exactly what is wrong, and his estimates/repairs are very well priced. A mechanic who you can trust and who will be straight with you on the repairs you do and don't need, that's Mike. Highly, highly recommend.

These guys are great, especially Andrew! Took my van in (it was clear the transmission was shot), they diagnosed it and confirmed and worked with me on my options. In the end, we decided to not have it repaired as it was over 20 years old and it would've cost more than the value of the van (through no fault of Four Points Automotive). They did not charge me for the diagnosis and did not rush us to get it towed. Andrew was very kind, easy to work with and I'll definitely be taking my vehicles there for future repair.
