🔧 Jiffy Lube

Showed up to this Jiffy Lube at 5 PM on Monday, they told me not to come back until Wednesday morning because they did not receive their oil filter order and did not have an oil filter for my vehicle, and they were rude.

Extremely rude over the phone. I literally only called them because the other Jiffy Lube on 620 had a broken lift. The guy was so sassy that I decided to just go somewhere else. Y’all should try putting someone on the phone who can actually answer calls professionally. Literally the only 1 star review I’ve ever given. My bar for customer service is pretty low, but yall still somehow managed to disappoint.

$2100 oil change!! These clowns failed to properly secure the dipstick; it was reversed and partially out. Result: An oil-saturated alternator which failed, taking the battery with it. Avoid this place like the plague; they’re a false economy!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! On October 23, I went to Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change, which was done efficiently. However, the mechanic failed to properly secure the protective undercarriage cover. While driving to Houston later that day, I heard a loud scraping sound. Unable to stop safely, I continued until I could pull over, only to find the cover dragging on the ground. I visited another Jiffy Lube location, where they confirmed the mechanic’s mistake and removed the now-damaged cover, advising me to return to the original location for a replacement. When I did, the staff dismissed my concerns, tried to blame me, and reattached the damaged cover, which predictably failed again. When I returned the next day, I faced hostility and unprofessional behavior, especially from a mechanic who was not even involved initially. The manager, Mark, promised to resolve the issue if I provided my receipt. Despite sending it the same day, I waited weeks with no resolution. Mark later claimed he never received the receipt, even though it was in our text thread. This experience was filled with dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and blatant gender discrimination. If you value your safety, time, and dignity, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! I stopped by for a quick car inspection, and they did not disappoint. The wait time was super short, I was in and out in no time unlike other places with 2 hour waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was checked thoroughly. It is so refreshing to find a place that values your time and gets the job done right. I will definitely be back for any future car needs!
