Went in to get a standard oil change and to have the fluids topped off and get what comes with the standard checks. It was very fast from my past experiences from Jiffy Lube at a different location I usually go to. The receipt showed that they did the windshield wiper check, the windshield cleaning, and topped off fluids, ect, but they never checked anything but the wiper fluid. $113. I won't…

Did not put skid plate on correctly after oil change and now refusing to fix the issue they caused. Rep actually yelled at me on the phone when I asked to speak to a manager.

Went to get an oil change and I'm used to shops trying to "up sale" you but Kaleb went above and beyond. Gave me a great deal on multiple services that were needed and now my car is running better than when I drove it off the lot. Will definitely just go here from now on.

This Jiffy Lube is amazing, and I don't plan to get my oil changed at any other establishment. I don't leave many reviews, but their customer service is second to none. I trust them, and they are quick, kind, and genuinely helpful. Ask for Steven - he's the best. 10/10 recommend.
