Jiffy Lube

Left dirty black spots on my driver's seat and center console. Had to completely readjust my seat. They drive it 10ft and need to move the seat that much and not bother moving it back to how it was? They didn't reinstall my cabin air filter cover correctly so it fell off and I couldn't close my glove box. Won't be back.

Took a relaxing ride through the back roads to try this Jiffy Lube in Dripping Springs. Maintenance required light had come on a few days earlier and I knew that meant time to change the oil. William, who manages the front desk check in and out met me before I even got into the lobby. He asked for my keys and all I had to do was go inside, sit down and wait in the clean, air-conditioned waiting area. I had the high-mileage, full synthetic oil change which would have been about $125.00. However, I had a generous $26 discount coupon I found on the Jiffy Lube website, so I only owed $98.00. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Phenomenal Service – Highly Recommend! I brought my Ford F-250 into the Jiffy Lube in Belterra Village for a diesel oil change, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Will walked me through everything they were going to do, explained the full synthetic oil options for my 6.7L Power Stroke engine, and made sure I understood the benefits of the high-mileage diesel oil they recommended. Juan worked efficiently and carefully under the hood, treating my truck like it was his own. What really…

I was in a rush and told them up front that I could easily come back. The rep went inside and talked with the mechanics resulting in me staying. As promised, in and out in record time with a nice, friendly smile. Well done, guys, and thank you!

This is by far my best experience ever getting an oil change. Not only were the staff incredibly professional, they weren't pushy like some places are. They showed me the filters that needed replacing so I could actually see that they really needed it, and then they gave me a great deal on them. They also handled an incredibly rude and disrespectful customer in a way that impressed me more than I can explain here. On top of that, they were extremely apologetic for my having to witness the way the rude customer was speaking to them in my presence, and they even gave me a discount to try and make up for it (they had nothing to make up for, the manager handled it wonderfully and I made su…
