🔧 Jiffy Lube

Left dirty black spots on my driver's seat and center console. Had to completely readjust my seat. They drive it 10ft and need to move the seat that much and not bother moving it back to how it was? They didn't reinstall my cabin air filter cover correctly so it fell off and I couldn't close my glove box. Won't be back.

Took a relaxing ride through the back roads to try this Jiffy Lube in Dripping Springs. Maintenance required light had come on a few days earlier and I knew that meant time to change the oil. William, who manages the front desk check in and out met me before I even got into the lobby. He asked for my keys and all I had to do was go inside, sit down and wait in the clean, air-conditioned waiting area. I had the high-mileage, full synthetic oil change which would have been about $125.00. However, I had a generous $26 discount coupon I found on the Jiffy Lube website, so I only owed $98.00. Plus, the mechanic checked my battery strength, engine air filter, cabin air filter, refilled the windshield washer fluid, checked the wiper blades, the level of tread left on my tires, etc. Very satisfied so will be boing back again.

From the moment I arrived, Will and Juan went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. Will walked me through everything they were going to do, explained the full synthetic oil options for my 6.7L Power Stroke engine, and made sure I understood the benefits of the high-mileage diesel oil they recommended. Juan worked efficiently and carefully under the hood, treating my truck like it was his own. What really stood out was their attention to detail and transparency — no pressure upselling, just honest recommendations that showed they cared about my vehicle’s performance and longevity. They even topped off fluids, checked my air filter, tire pressure, and made sure everything was squared away before I left. This is by far my best experience ever getting an oil change. Not only were the staff incredibly professional, they weren't pushy like some places are. They showed me the filters that needed replacing so I could actually see that they really needed it, and then they gave me a great deal on them. They also handled an incredibly rude and disrespectful customer in a way that impressed me more than I can explain here. On top of that, they were extremely apologetic for my having to witness the way the rude customer was speaking to them in my presence, and they even gave me a discount to try and make up for it (they had nothing to make up for, the manager handled it wonderfully and I made sure to tell him that). I cannot tell you how much I appreciated every part of my visit there today. Excellent service, amazing staff, and at a great price. Highly recommend this location!
