I had some vehicle damage that needed professional attention, and I'm so glad I went to Classic Collision. Roger and his crew were incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was fixed right. The quality of the repair was top-notch, and they got it done in a timely manner. Big thanks to Roger and the whole team – highly recommend them if you need body work done!

I needed a major repair done on my car including body work and have State Farm as my insurance carrier. They sent me a list of Austin repair shops to go to that were on their approved list. I shopped around mainly looking at reviews. Oddly enough, all shops seem to have been a hit or miss when it came to the reviews. I ended up going with Classic Collision. It appeared that some of the negative reviews were a year or so ago and I rolled with it. The service here was A++. From Jessica at the front desk to Drew who was the manager handling my case. They called the rental company on my behalf and scheduled my pick up. These guys were very nice, service was quick and easy, Drew kept me up to date on everything, and my car came back a week ahead of the initially quoted repair finish date. All the repairs were done correctly and the car looks brand new. I can't say nothing but good things about this shop and highly recommend it. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with Classic Collision! They are very informative, knowledgeable, patient, communicative and friendly! Especially Roger and the front desk receptionist. They provide constant updates and even handled the majority of communication with Enterprise rentals! By the time i took in my car, did paper work and received my rental, I walk outside to see them already working on my car with the bumper off! That was a good sign indeed. It only took a few days to get my car back. The work was top notch and the new bumper is flawless. I was shocked to know they provide a life time warranty! They even seemed to give my car a light wash or wipe down and my tires were shined up! All in all I would recommend them to anyone. Top notch business right here ladies and gentlemen.

We unfortunately had a hit and run on our truck and went to get it fixed with Classic Collision. I am baffled by the service we received! Every person we encountered was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We were told we would get an estimate through them and our insurance in about 3 days and then we could move forward on getting it fixed. In less than 24 HOURS we got the estimate and approval and our truck was already getting worked on! Full communication and updates were provided throughout the process! We were given a rough completion date and everything was done 9 DAYS ahead of time! I am still in awe with the whole process! Usually when you get hit and have to deal with everything afterwards it’s stressful but nothing about this was! Thank you so much for being awesome!

Drew and the team knocked it out of the ballpark! I was kept in the loop very well. Great customer service and overall an amazing experience. No one wants to deal with fender benders but this shop took care of me amazingly.
