NTB-National Tire & Battery

Been a loyal customer for years—always love this place. Quick and easy service. They have a new manager named Russell who’s great at communicating and was even willing to have someone stay a half hour after closing so I could pick up my van.

This NTB location consistently delivers outstanding service. I recently brought my car in for what I thought was a brake issue, and the team quickly and efficiently diagnosed the real problem—which, it turns out, wasn’t the brakes at all. They resolved everything promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I worked with Russell, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience seamless. He even went above and beyond to ensure my car was in great shape before I left. Highly recommend!

Russell was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He made sure everything was handled efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service experience i highly recommend NBT —thank you, Russell!

I realized my tire was really low one evening and was able to get an appointment first thing the very next morning. The service manager Russell was great! Awesome customer service. They patched my tire (that I bought there) for free for a second time. I switched to NTB from the other tire place years ago and have always had a great experience.

Outstanding Service with Genuine Care Russell is the kind of professional every auto shop needs. Not only is he honest and straightforward, but you can also tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. He took the time to clearly explain the work being done on my vehicle in a way that made sense — no jargon, no pressure, just real talk. His passion for the job shows through in his attention to detail and the respect he shows to customers. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and someone who truly cares, ask for Russell. Highly recommended!
