Been a loyal customer for years—always love this place. Quick and easy service. They have a new manager named Russell who’s great at communicating and was even willing to have someone stay a half hour after closing so I could pick up my van.

This NTB location consistently delivers outstanding service. I recently brought my car in for what I thought was a brake issue, and the team quickly and efficiently diagnosed the real problem—which, it turns out, wasn’t the brakes at all. They resolved everything promptly and kept me informed throughout the process. I worked with Russell, who was incredibly helpful and made the entire experience seamless. He even went above and beyond to ensure my car was in great shape before I left. Highly recommend!
