🔧 NTB-National Tire & Battery

I went to NTB for an inspection after having bad luck with other places including systems being down and waiting an hour before having to leave. The staff here were extremely friendly and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommend and I will for sure be coming back!

April and her team are trying! They aim to take good care of my vehicle! Don't trust their patches though, had a blowout after getting a patch, just buy a new tire.

Had a tire issue while driving on I-35 and stopped by NTB on Howard Lane. Within minutes, they had me taken care of—quick, honest, and straightforward service. I really appreciate how they got straight to the point and fixed the issue without any upselling. It’s rare to find that kind of integrity. Thanks again for the life-saving help!

I called them somewhat in a panic. It was 4:15pm on a Friday and I had a nail in my tire. We had just drove into town. The lady answering the phone was very sweet and understanding of my situation. She told me that they would be able to take care of me and they did! The nail was found, tire repaired and I was back on my way. Great service and very nice people. That is what customer service should be like.

I am bless .. I was driving to Dallas . I decided to take a Break at MacDonald . My truck showed no signs of issues. When I got off the truck I saw steam coming from underneath the hood. I found a hose that was broke. These guys were my rescue. They replaced the hose and got me back on the road. They assured me they get it done today. They keep their word. they were on point .
