🔧 Caliber Collision

I am thoroughly delighted by the superb service I received from Cody when I brought in my 2014 Nissan Altima for some body work! It took a week for the repairs and when I collected the vehicle it looked BETTER than new! The folks at the Luxury Caliber shop on Metric couldn't have done better. But they took care of my Porsche Boxster some years ago. Both vehicles were flawlessly repaired!

Picked up my car yesterday 2 days ahead of the original estimated completion date. The repairs looked perfect, and it was so very nice that my car was washed and detailed inside. Caliber did a great job, and the staff were courteous and professional.

I brought my car to this shop to have my bumper replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Cody was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—he kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done to perfection. The workmanship on the bumper is flawless, and I was pleasantly surprised when they even cleaned and washed my car before returning it to me. Great customer service. My repairs were done and returned to me before the estimated completion date. Very satisfied! Part 2 Took my car in for a check which turned out to be a road incident. Michael Barker was our service advisor. He showed us what had happened and he and the service team were so kind and understanding. They quickly handled the adjustment and we were on our way. This business and Michael give such great customer service which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Michael Barker. Thank you!
