Overall, the experience was fantastic. Took my truck in there to get repairs after an accident and they got it done prior to when they said they were going to get it done. Customer service was phenomenal. Manny was such a great help. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

All aspects of dealing with Caliber were excellent. From the time I called, during the time my car was in there they kept me informed by text or personal call! Car was ready on schedule and looked brand new outside as well as inside! They think it was a bobcat. The other side wasn’t nearly as bad.

Great service and communication. Communication is a really big thing when you’re working with a vehicle repair and Caliber ( Abel J ) did an excellent job with constantly providing updates on things. They did a good job with the repairs and getting the car back to us as soon as the parts came in for it.
