I had my vehicle serviced here back in February, and this is by far one of the best Caliber Collision centers I’ve ever been to. Daetron was absolutely fantastic—he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle looked brand new. He kept me updated every step of the way, so I always knew the status of the repairs. My experience with Caliber Collision at Kramer was amazing from start to finish. At intake, the GM, Kevin, walked the car with me, marking all areas of damage with a dry erase marker. He listened to my concerns and assured me that my vehicle would be thoroughly repaired. The rental car at Enterprise was also a seamless experience. From there, Anthony called me every Tuesday and Thursday with updates. I never had to deal with my insurance, which was Allstate. I just picked up my car and it looks brand new!
