Extremely unprofessional. I called to ask a simple question about state inspections, and the person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. Instead of providing a clear answer, they abruptly told me they don’t do state inspections and then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior—this is not how you treat potential customers.

On 6/17/25 @ 530pm, I went to the front desk for help with my tire. Supervisor Javier was unhelpful and unprofessional. He said my truck couldn't be serviced, even though they previously worked on it. As I left, a technician offered to help me. My family has been coming here for years and for good reason! Visited on Thursday 4/24/25 and received same-day service for a new tire that needed to be ordered. My husband and I were able to drop the car off and pick it up a few hours later once the tire had been delivered and installed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I will be back for other tire needs that I may have.

I’ve been taking my car for alignments here for years. Who ever worked the counter today 04/23 1pm needs to get fired. He’s making you loose customers. Since he’s not the owner I doubt he cares. Mind you my car seems the same or even worse then when I took it in
