Returning customer, had to track them down. Called, downloaded the app, call day time, call after hours. Final connected directly with service person and night before told me the machine broke. I called a competitor and then were able to book a next day meeting.

We used Aire Serv to replace both upstairs and downstairs heating and cooling systems- interior and exterior units… The whole kit. Working with these guys was fantastic and affordable. Highly recommended them!

Haider was very prompt, detailed, and didn’t show any behavior of misusing someone’s ad hoc problem at hand. He offered me multiple options with pros and cons of each. He was also very punctual for his appointment and took care of our issue in a much professional manner (without boasting his years of experience of been in the industry for long. We came across some idiots who would simply keep boasting about their industry experience). Haider’s work speaks volumes of his industry experience.

Excellent experience. I was left hanging by another company in the middle of a complete system replacement. I called Air Serv after hours and Harder returned the call promptly that evening. He then stepped in and completed the job promptly and to everyone's satisfaction.

Great experience: I contacted AireServ through Neighborly because our heater was only turning on when it wanted to. We had been trying to find someone to come out quickly especially with the temperatures fluctuating here in the Austin area and we were lucky enough to be connected with Haider. He just so happened to have an opening and was over within the hour. He worked quickly and explained everything as he went and even made sure to tell us what to look out for in case something happened again. We had told him our issue had been happening sporadically for the past few months so he said to text him if anything went wrong. Although we hoped we wouldn’t have to, our heater stopped coming on again a few hours later and I sent Haider an update and some videos of the issue and once we found the error code he offered to come out the next day to do a full diagnostic to confirm. We truly appreciate Haider’s flexibility and willingness to jump in (especially on a weekend - truly above and beyond service) and for getting our heater fixed. Would definitely recommend Haider and the rest of the AireServ team for your HVAC needs.
