Lexus of Austin

Me and my wife had an absolutely amazing experience at Lexus of Austin. From day 1 when Marco helped me and my wife test drive vehicles to the whole buying process with our salesman Chris Ashley. We were treated with great customer service from the very beginning. Marco was great, attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like comfortable from start to finish. Our salesman, Chris Ashley really went above and beyond. He was attentive, transparent, and genuinely cared about providing us with great customer service. We can't emphasize enough how great he was. We are so happy with the experience and we are very impressed with out car buying experience at Lexus of Austin. I highly recomm…

I had an exceptional experience working with Buddy to get the exact GX550 trim/color/options that I wanted. He is always responsive to my texts and when I went to pick up my GX he and everyone that I interacted with from his team was kind and professional. Will definitely come back for another purchase in the future. Oh and driving the GX550 has been amazing so far!!

Drove to Austin for our perfect vehicle. Thank you Bryan for helping us get our dream car! You were very professional and informative. You made the process fast and easy. Also, thank you for making sure the car was perfect and ready to go on the long drive home. Thank you Lexus for the snacks for the journey home. Visit their merch shop, loved my key accessories and the Lexus pillow was the right choice and VERY much worth it, no regrets, really really enjoy it.

My salesperson Camey was incredible! She was dedicated to helping us from beginning to end. Her passion for what she does is obvious and made us feel valued. The sales managers were amazing as well. Lexus of Austin is top notch one-of-a-kind service.
