Lexus of Austin Service and Parts

Leo is the best! He is so personable, patient and fun. I love working with him. I have been so disappointed with your tech staff since I bought the car until now. Marisol is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and a joy to work with. Thank you for finally getting it right!!

Personalized customer service. Very helpful, called with updates as well as sending texts and emails. Always knew what was going on and didn’t have to call myself to find out. Car was ready quickly and my loaner car was immaculate. Would absolutely come back again

I recently brought my car in for an oil change at Lexis of Austin and had a great experience. Jorge Morales was my point of contact—he was professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the service. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and relaxing, which made the time go by quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. I appreciate the high level of service and would definitely recommend Lexis of Austin to others.

I had my LC 500 windshield replaced at Lexus of Austin, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Jaime was incredibly helpful—kept everything simple and made the whole process quick and stress-free. The turnaround time was impressive, and the level of care for my vehicle stood out. I wouldn’t think about servicing my LC anywhere else. Top-tier service every time.

From Rob Ayon, my salesman, to Kyle Dern, my service rep, the entire Lexus of Austin experience Is awesome. I manage a large automotive service center, so I know what service should look like. I’ve been in the automotive business for more than 30 years. Lexus of Austin is a top notch place to do business with!
