Angel was a great team mbr to work with. He helped me above and beyond! He showed me how to check my fuses. And how to replace them! I felt so welcomed there. Thank you! He was just great. I just wanted to add that he has also added more confidence in me towards how i felt one year ago. When I went to that same store. And had a not so great experience! So again thank you Angel. I have been coming to this store for years, as I prefer the pricing and integrity of Advance over other competitors and it is just down the street. This specific location has had a facelift and a breath of fresh air. The new management is pleasant, and truly knows high quality customer service. The store is well stocked and I like being able to depend on this store.

Went to 4 stores looking for a scooter battery. Each store had the battery but they were all bad from long shelf life. Aaron at Advanced Autoparts took the time to properly test the battery to make sure I was receiving a quality product. Thanks Aaron!

Stopped by on the way home from work to replace my car battery that was nearing its end of life. I picked out my battery, and a nice woman at the counter helped me get checked out and explained how the standard and extended warranties on the batteries worked; quite helpful to know. Then another guy who works there got a tool cart and joined me outside to install my battery. I offered a helping hand where I could, but the employee didn't need much to get my battery changed in probably 15-20 minutes or so. Great service all around, not much to complain about. Thanks for the help!
