I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I really appreciated the non-chaotic, organized vibe of this place and I don't want that to change, lol. Jonathan and Monica were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Not only was the customer service amazing, but they had parts that the Zone did not. I won't be going anywhere else for my car needs moving forward.

I went in today for a couple things & was greeted right away. I already knew what I was looking for so I went off by myself. One of the employees still made it a point to ask me if I needed any help looking for what I needed. He was able to help me find what I was looking for. David Fields is amazing every time I come over he always helps me out with my projects. There are off-the-wall or even OEM replacement parts. Incredible knowledge thank you very much.

David was so helpful and fun to chat with, not only that but their system was down and regardless, he was still able to handwrite my warranty information and change out my battery quickly and courteously!!!

Jonathan and Monica were the workers today who serviced me. Jonathan came out and put the tester on my car. Sent me all the codes that has showed up. Had great customer service. He gave me a price or something that I have found cheaper beforehand. I'll hold it up on my phone and he matched it. That was awesome! Monica as well has great customer service. I give this place a real thumbs up
