Grant was very helpful & kind. Customer service was top tier & an overall amazing experience. His Tutorial of how to use the equipment was easy & understandable.

Customer service is non existent. Placing an online order to this location will result in the employees treating you disrespectfully. Reading back on previous reviews from over a year ago, they are very consistent with delivering poor service when it comes to online orders. No one is being held accountable at the store level.

Got sold the wrong oil. I went back to return the oil and to get the right one. Manager does not even know the products in his own store. Lied 3 times stating it’s a special order let me know if you find it. I googled it and it stated I can pick up the oil there at that location in 30 minutes. That’s just face to face with a customer imagine the actions he takes behind closed doors or when no one is looking. 100% termination of him will do the store better I’m taking it to corporate.

Austin was super helpful and informative. Het let us know it would take a bit to accommodate us due to some delays earlier in the day and kept us in the loop at all times!

My day had already been going pretty bad since my daughter car had stop. I stop at Advance Auto Parts trying to see what was wrong with my car and thank God this two young men , Gustavo and Lorenzo where there to help me out. First I had never since such a passion for top tier customer service and willingness to go the extra mile and get dirty just to help out a regular customer. Kudos to Lorenzo and Gustavo keep it up and God will open doors 🚪 for yall as management soon . Yall have a customer for life 🤜🏼!
