Grant was very helpful & kind. Customer service was top tier & an overall amazing experience. His Tutorial of how to use the equipment was easy & understandable.

Customer service is non existent. Placing an online order to this location will result in the employees treating you disrespectfully. Reading back on previous reviews from over a year ago, they are very consistent with delivering poor service when it comes to online orders. No one is being held accountable at the store level.

Got sold the wrong oil. I went back to return the oil and to get the right one. Manager does not even know the products in his own store. Lied 3 times stating it’s a special order let me know if you find it. I googled it and it stated I can pick up the oil there at that location in 30 minutes.
