Scam. Stay away from them. Zero communication from them and false expectations. They charged me upfront for a “membership” to get access to discounts and other services they offer. I called several times their office and no one could give me an exact time for electrician to call me back. They have an app that shows a list jobs and when i cancelled them it marked them as complete. Scam. I HAVE MADE A REPORT TO BBB. Stay away

Had fuse box replaced with breaker panel several years ago with great results, so am using Rand Electrical again for putting refrigerator & microwave on separate circuit from other appliances & adding a light over the counter. Tech was great in giving the estimate & arranging a very quick date for installation.

We have been Rand Electrical customers for a number of years. We also have had many professionals from them and other companies come to provide a wide variety of services, including annual reviews conducted today. Sam , who did an annual review, was one of the most professional and thorough service people with which we have worked. We hope that if we go with the bid he wrote up for additional work on our pavilion, Josh will head up the work.
