These guys are the real deal! My hybrid battery went out - after 6 months of clearing error codes. Finally, the car died. The dealer wanted nearly $4500. Hometown Hybrid came to my home and replaced my battery for $2695 flat. My tech Carlos was friendly and knowledgeable and he swapped that battery out faster than I thought possible. My Prius is back to working and is even zippier than I remember. You don’t have to pay auto shops their huge labor fees and battery prices. Call these guys and you’ll be set. I’m so grateful. Car issues are stressful but their service was not at all.

Carlos called when on the way. Asked if it was ok that he would be about 15 minutes early which was great with me. Very pleasant and friendly; explained the work needed and what was done. Very fast work. Really knew what he was doing and was finished in exactly 1 hour; car is running great now. I am very pleased with his work. My son’s neighbor in San Marcos recommended you all.
