Love my experience with Christian Bros Auto! They are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The ease of use with digital tools make everything very clear that they plan to do. I then get a full image summary report afterwards. Will continue to return!

Many years of servicing multiple cars(currently 3) went up in smoke. Made an appointment for an emissions check, arrived a few minutes early. Checking in, was told it would be 25 minutes. Said I would be right back and was told I could not leave. I had to wait. Never had to do that before. Said ok and turned to go out to tell my wife to go ahead and return home when manager charges out from back office saying you can’t go. You have to wait. Attitude was completely unacceptable and unnecessary. Fine. I was not arguing in the first place. I again said no problem. And went outside. It was as if he thought I was going to sneak off. Turns out they didn’t even let the tech know I was here until he happened to spot the car sitting there. Bottom line is this: Rude and aggressive behavior has probably killed a long term relationship. If there is now a policy of having to wait for an emissions check customers should be told when the appointment is made. Waiting was not a problem. Attitude was. I have never written a negative review and am very aware that people have bad days. But sorry. This was a case of look at me I am boss. Too bad.

Nice pllace but careless at times. They changed my oil and overfilled it. I sucked out oil with a pump to obtain maximum recommended level and drained one full quart. This is a dangerous excessive amount of oil for my 2021 Avalon Hybrid Engine. Anything but 5 stars is not acceptable. I cannot afford another car now. Other than this mistake they are a good company. Please refer to other reviews.

They were seriously the best. Very thorough, provided video evidence of recommendations, and they are honest. I went to another mechanic first who tried to have me fix my AC for $3,200. The Christian Brothers were meticulous in making sure they found the problem and I saved a whole bunch of money. Can’t recommend enough.

Very friendly and helpful team! I needed to get an ASE Safety Inspection done on my Factory Five Roadster. They had a certified tech on staff and were very able to knock it out for me!
