I walked into the shop and was greeted with a welcoming and professional, hello. I needed a vehicle inspection. I had a bit of a wait, which I chose to follow through with. They kept me well informed of when my car would be taken back. I had a wonderful experience with my neighborhood mechanics.

I've heard some mixed reviews in the past about this location of Lamb's Tire & Automotive, but I was in a jam needing a new front tire and alignment quickly. Scheduling the appointment online saved me some cash and was convenient. The work was done professionally and even before they estimated it would be completed. Rates were equal to, if not better, than other competitors like Firestone. Communication was great through their automated text system. All in all, they made it easy, convenient and hassle-free. I would recommend this location. And I'll be back in the future.

Second time taking my vehicle here. 1st time , had to bring it back 3 times till they finally got everything plugged in. Should've learned my lesson. This time, 1st person in the door, told lady I needed a new muffler. They called at 830 saying needed to a diagnosis for 150 bucks. Sure no problem. Called them at 4 to see how far along they were. Said they hadn't started cause I didn't give them permission. U have my vehicle, keys and did a diagnostic, they I agreed to. How much more permission do u need? Will never take my vehicle back

I recently visited Lamb’s Tire and Automotive for an oil change and had the pleasure of being assisted by Josh. From the moment I walked in, his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer care stood out. Josh not only explained everything clearly but also made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. It’s rare to encounter someone so committed to excellent service, and Josh exemplified everything a customer service representative should be—knowledgeable, courteous, and proactive. Booked an alignment online, dropped my truck off the next morning and picked up just a few hours later. They made it easy to get service, price was reasonable, and the work was done well. Best part, NO UPSELLING (I work on my own vehicle, so I know it’s well kept and they confirmed by not trying to sell me unnecessary parts and services). I’d take my other vehicle in for an alignment but it’s too low for their alignment rack. However, they informed me that their other location has an in-ground rack that should work for my car. Great experience, which feels more and more rare these days (in particular with auto shops).
