I had a minor issue with a wiper blade coming loose, and Groovy Automotive fixed it in just a few minutes—at no charge. Everyone was super friendly, honest, and helpful. I really appreciate their outstanding service and will definitely be coming back for any future car needs. Highly recommend!

This place is great. Been taking my Toyota Solara here for 8 years or so. As with many neighborhood shops, it may take a bit longer than the dealership to get repairs but I'm confident the job is done right here and the prices are fair. They take time to answer questions and let you know what needs to be done and what can wait. Mark went above and beyond on my last visit and explained how to sell my car and gave me tips on how to price it and how the process works. I'm young and I've never sold a car before so this was a huge help.

WARNING: SCAMMERS Took my car in for a simple A/C repair. The shop offered an itemized quote totaling roughly $1,300. Now, like many of you reading, I’m not very knowledgable about cars at all, but that seemed high (including a $175/hr labor cost). I called a friend and he recommended a different mechanic. Took my car to that mechanic instead. My A/C is now blowing super cold and working great. That mechanic’s price? $193. This shop tried to take $1,100 needlessly for replacements I didn’t need or ask for. The A/C works now, so why all that extra stuff? Assume they’ll do the same to you. Go anywhere but here! Hope the shop enjoys the $183 I paid for the “diagnostic.” Edit: In response to the owner’s reply to this post, the mechanic did not merely fill it with freon and send me on my way - he did the necessary repair for it to work. It just wasn’t the exorbitant $1,300 repair Groovy said I supposedly needed. Again, see anyone else!

Groovy Automotive is the type of local, honest shop you wish still existed in every city & town! Jim was so courteous over the phone and in person, as well as being very knowledgable and helpful with all of my questions. The free shuttle service was so appreciated and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of service. I feel very confident driving on my long distance road trip now- Thanks Groovy Automotive :)
