They helped me get my champion generator, back up and running in about a couple of days. Juan was also very helpful and transparent with the work done, thanks again! Update Had to switch my 5 start review to 2 given my latest interaction with this business, proceed with caution

Took almost a month and a half to get an update, after calling and requesting an update they finally got the 1 of the 2 items ready after another week. I requested a simple replacement of a nob on my generator but somehow they ended up doing more work without consulting. When I brought this up, Juan said he would give a discount since the original work requested was less than the work performed, however, it still ended paying the initial amount because “the system wouldn’t let him” I literally saw him adjusting the rate but still charged me the full amount on the payment terminal. Not the most ethical move imo I’m a bit disappointed since they helped me out in the past but this second time around, I left feeling somewhat taken advantage…. I appreciate the work performed on my tools, but, I would proceed with caution as they can be somewhat shady

Highly Recommend BC Tools! I took my lawn mower to BC Tools after it hadn’t worked in over two years. They disassembled it, cleaned all the parts, replaced what was needed, and got it running like new again. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and the staff was professional. I definitely recommend this place for anyone needing repairs on tools or appliances!

Dropped off a Bosch router that was acting dangerously erratic. Bad speed control switch. It would not stay at a steady speed. BC tools/Black Cat Repair repaired it and it’s like new again. Highly recommend!
