Wowowow this place is amazing. Hayley does such an amazing job she puts everything back together and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my muscles. Every time I go I leave feeling like a completely new person. She knows what areas to target and she’s extremely knowledgeable about her practice!!! I would 10/10 recommend any time!!!

Hayley is professional, knowledgeable, and listens to her Client's specific needs. Before each massage therapy session she takes the time to ask which particular muscle groups might need more work that day, then gives those areas the extra attention needed. One of the most impressive aspects of her approach is that she shares her wisdom on why these trouble areas might be in distress based on my recent activity (or lack thereof). She also provided guidance on particular stretches I can utilize on a routine basis to prevent chronic pain in problem muscles groups. This has made a world of difference for me. Also, I highly recommend adding on the CBD Peppermint Cream to your next massage with Hayley for an extra relaxing massage. It's the icing on the cake of an already fantastic experience. 10/10, would recommend.

Whoa!! Hayley was amazing! Hands down one of the BEST massages I’ve ever had. She targeted my back and shoulders and I feel night and day from when I walked in an hour ago! Super focused on specific muscles that needed it and I cannot recommend coming here enough! I’ll definitely be back!

Hayley is awesome! Always professional, works with me on what I need each session and really listens to my concerns and how we can address them during therapy. I've been to other therapists who ask what you need during a massage and then proceed to do it their way, neglecting what you've asked for. Not Hayley! She really pinpoints the areas that need the most attention and is always recommends ways to manage pain outside of our therapy sessions. She just rocks in general and the massage setting is always clean and inviting.
