🔧 FlashPoint Auto Inspection

Extremely unprofessional and inefficient service. I brought my car in for an emissions inspection, which usually takes 10 minutes tops. Instead, the inspector — Karina — left my car and another customer's vehicle idling for over 30 minutes with the A/C blasting and windows down, not even hooked up to the emissions machine. All while she was busy doing an oil change on a completely different car. This kind of careless, time-wasting behavior is ridiculous — and totally defeats the purpose of an emissions test. It’s wasteful, inconsiderate, and just poor customer service. If you're looking for a place that’s actually professional and efficient, go to The Flashpoint on Menchaca. Night and day difference.

I’ve never left a review like this before, but Flashpoint Auto Inspection absolutely earned it. This place is a complete mess. I showed up expecting a simple inspection, but instead I was told to move my car not once, not twice, but THREE times — with zero explanation as to why. No one ever checked me in, no one ever put me on any kind of list, and not a single employee gave me any clear directions on what to do or what was happening. The girl that works there kept laughing at me and telling me to move my car without giving me any instructions on what to do I sat there for almost one HOURjust waiting, confused, while other people who arrived after me were being helped. The lack of organization and basic communication is unreal. It honestly felt like they just didn’t care whether I was there or not. Total waste of my time. Avoid this place if you value your time or expect even the slightest bit of professionalism.

Good price for full synthetic oil change. Had little faith but the girl knew what she was doing. Thank you!

I went to FlashPoint for a vehicle inspection and paid for the service, but then they canceled my payment and refused to conduct the inspection. The customer service was very poor, and I felt they didn’t value my time or business. I hope they can improve their service in the future

Super tight space, the area is shared with a gas station. As I am trying to navigate and ask for help, an individual comes out with an unpleasant attitude and being super rude, like I’m suppose to know where to go, that was the reason why I was looking for help. There a million ways to handle the situation, nevertheless this establishment chooses to treat potential clients poorly. The small space was overcrowded with cars parked haphazardly next to a busy street, which made the entire situation feel overwhelming. I would recommend going to Capitan Inspection down the street instead. They have ample space and the staff there are very helpful, quick and efficient.
