Alfa Romeo of Austin Service

I took my Alfa Romeo for a recall and they set up my appointment and worked w my timing. Waiting around I had a wonderful conversation with a worker for a long time. Helped me lose track of my car and by the time it was time to leave. Great work environment and service.

Joaquin Moreno always takes good care of us! He is active and an effective go-between with us and the car techs. He quickly responds via emails and phone calls. He also leaves us in good hands and communicates effectively if he is going to be out for the day. He's transparent, personable, and a problem solver. I would highly recommend this maintenance department. Everyone has always been kind and responsive to problem solving our both our vehicles’ issues.

We would like to thank you for our recent experience with your service department. We really appreciate the courtesy of your staff and the overall professionalism of everyone we encountered. The work was completed on time in accordance with the estimate we were given. The car is running flawlessly and we could not be more pleased. Thank you for your outstanding service!

This dealership was so easy to work with! They got my car in and had it ready sooner than expected. They washed my car and even called to make sure everything was working great the next day. Highly recommend!

Top tier service with excellent knowledge of my 2024 Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio. They truly are on point and remained in touch with me throughout, updating me and giving me options. Joaquin is a consummate professional and will answer any and all questions to help you get your car serviced, repaired, or anything else you may need. I’m very picky about who touches my car and Alfa Romeo/ Maserati of Austin is the only place I trust. 5 stars ⭐️’s
