I took my Alfa Romeo for a recall and they set up my appointment and worked w my timing. Waiting around I had a wonderful conversation with a worker for a long time. Helped me lose track of my car and by the time it was time to leave. Great work environment and service.

Joaquin Moreno always takes good care of us! He is active and an effective go-between with us and the car techs. He quickly responds via emails and phone calls. He also leaves us in good hands and communicates effectively if he is going to be out for the day. He's transparent, personable, and a problem solver. I would highly recommend this maintenance department. Everyone has always been kind and responsive to problem solving our both our vehicles’ issues.
