1st Home & Commercial Services

Roy and Dominic at 1st Home were fantastic. They were on time and super professional. They also took the time to go over all of our options with recommendations. They were not pushy and made us feel at ease! We will be calling 1st Home again!

Had Ruben come to my house twice now. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always had great experience with this company for AC issues from installing new unit and condensation pump to help cleaning out clogged drain. I would highly recommend!

Wow! I am so amazed at the expert service we received from Anthony and the entire Team at 1st Home and Commercial Services! They made it so easy to schedule my appointment. Anthony knew his stuff and helped get us all fixed up and avoided a potential nightmare! He also provided consultations and answered all of my questions. We have so much confidence in 1st Home and will call them again and again!

Roy and his partner were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing. They quickly resolved my water heater problem, worked in an organized manner, and kept the work area exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend them—10 out of 10!

1st Home & Commercial Services has been so great to work with on a few different needs we’ve had! Shoutout to Lucinda who has so thoughtfully helped me book my services, and has been so patient as I went back and forth on needs while trying to work with our home warranty company. Anthony has helped us twice now for different needs (kitchen faucet leak and a water heater leak). I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing help. He handles all of my questions like a pro and is super thoughtful in helping to find a solution. Thanks y’all!
