I just want to come out and say that our experiences with Lambs on slaughter Ln. the one closest to IH35. Was horrible. We took my grandsons truck in for AC repairs. The first time they had the truck there for 7 days or more. Then they came out and said it needed a condenser and a few other things but that the extended warranty wouldn’t pay. They also said it would work without these other parts. Well, they so called fixed it. Days later it was throwing hot air again. At that visit we had to pay $560 that was his part. Well it stopped working again. So we took it back and they said they were going to put a whole new AC. At that visit the truck was there for over a wee, and my grandson had to rent a car due to having to go out of town. Well, we picked it up on a Monday again we paid over $800. Well after driving it day 2 it stopped working, doing the same thing as before. Well, we called and they said bring it in it’s under warranty. Well, I knew that they would come out and say that it was something else. How , if they put in a new AC. Well, I new then that they were going to get more money out of us. When they called us and told us that it needed a new water pump, thermostat, something core, and gasket. At that moment I was like if the water pump was leaking all this should have been noticed at the first inspection or even the second. Well, I was like no don’t touch it, we will take it somewhere else. So I talked to the warranty company and she said they were outrageous and trying to charge almost $700 just for the water pump. So we picked it up and my son said I will look at it and fix it. Tell me why we fixed it fir right around $200. They were trying to rip us off again. When they had already gotten over $4000 between the extended warranty and us. They should have noticed In the first inspection if the water pump was leaking. They took us for a ride. It’s really sad how these places rip people off. We use to take our vehicles to lambs and never had a problem. But, we will never use lambs again

After a terrible run of one bad thing after another with vehicle maintenance, and being in a bad headspace, I rolled in here to get my emissions test done today. The crew there is great! Not only did they get me in quickly and efficiently, but the attitude of the staff there truly put me in a better place. It was a great relief to get taken care of, by people who care, and are are pleasant to deal with for a change. 10/10 would recommend, and I personally will give them all my business from this point forward

Great Job!!! Jarrett affected a quick turnaround on a holiday weekend :-) the work seems to be great and the price seems to be reasonable. I will definitely be back :-)

I have been to this place a few times to get work done. While the work has been okay, I have been very disappointed in the time and lack of communication from some of the people who work there. I'm not a fan of a smug, a matter of fact, type attitude but as a paying customer I do want transparency and a good line of communication. I dropped my car off to get the inspection done and was told an hour or maybe an hour and a half. I left my car for the inspection and returned two hours later. My car had not even been looked at and the inspection person was out to lunch. If things take longer, I'm okay with that as long as I know with what I'm working with. However, when there is a lack of respect for time for the customer, I have a little patience for that. If it's going to be longer, then have the courtesy to inform the customer...no harm, no foul. While the work maybe quality I don't think it's worth the time and money to go back. I imagine they are good people, but they work very slow and pay little attention to customers and respect for their time.

My car unexpectedly had trouble one morning on my way to work. I panicked knowing my husband was out of town for work & couldn't help me. Thankfully he flew in that day & immediately took it to this shop. Todd Anderson & Edward Cantu quickly jumped on it. The stress kicked in right away concerned about the unexpected cost & time being without a vehicle, the additional Uber cost.. I was shocked & beyond grateful that Todd & Edward sprug into action & had it done for me in less than 24 hours. It drives better than it did before. Not only did they get me back on the road but it didnt cost me a fortune, as I was expecting. They were so kind, informative & put me at ease in knowing I'm in the best of hands. & they certainly proved it! Thank you Todd & Edward for taking such great care of my vehicle. I am 100% confident in your skills, abilities & compassion to help a stranded girl out so swiftly. Thank you both for your craft 🙏 forever grateful.
