Brought my phone in to be cleaned so it can charge better but came out not charging at all They said I brought it in like that argued with me and all I took it to a company(ubreakifix) down the block they actually CLEANED it and now it works like new. Very terrible customer service especially the manger David and Bailey

My experience was beyond expectations! The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable! I had the screen of my iPhone 8 repaired. The first effort went poorly. They must have been rushed. The screen had a bright spot, it was not right on the corner and the scrolling was jerky, The screen was not right. I returned it to get it fixed correctly expecting aa hassle. IT was hassle free, they fixed it without issue. The second go around took 30 minutes was much better.
