🔧 Batteries Plus Phone Repair

Thanks to Austins traffic I wasn't able to arrive until 30mins before closing and they were still able to replace my S21 screen (: Really appreciate the help from Bailey, she even checked my car key fob and gave me a quote for replacement. She and the technician who quickly fixed my phone screen are very friendly and highly skilled. 10/10Recommend them for anyone needing phone screen repair or a new battery. Deserves more stars!!

Brought my phone in to be cleaned so it can charge better but came out not charging at all They said I brought it in like that argued with me and all I took it to a company(ubreakifix) down the block they actually CLEANED it and now it works like new. Very terrible customer service especially the manger David and Bailey

My experience was beyond expectations! The young lady who assisted me was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable! I will return to this store anytime I have a problem with my iPhone; not only that, but I will tell all my friends to go there! All in all, it was a wonderful experience!

The staff was very informative and helpful. Jason assisted us with a battery replacement for my cell phone. We waited while it was repaired so we were able to observe the staff assisting other customers as well. Everyone was very professional and helpful. A gentleman named Art who works at the store deserves a medal. He continued to try to assist a most difficult and cantankerous lady. He was persistent in trying to help her using reason and kindness, even though she continued to bite and be unreasonable. The woman was straight out of Comedy Central. Thank you, Jason for helping me with my repairs! And, thank you for your dedication and service to all Americans. The time waiting for my cell phone was well worth the wait!!

I had the screen of my iPhone 8 repaired. The first effort went poorly. They must have been rushed. The screen had a bright spot, it was not right on the corner and the scrolling was jerky, The screen was not right. I returned it to get it fixed correctly expecting aa hassle. IT was hassle free, they fixed it without issue. The second go around took 30 minutes was much better.
