I had a great experience at Meineke with the recent repairs done on my vehicle. The staff was professional, transparent, and thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. One thing that really stood out was how they went out of their way to make sure things were done right — they even picked up the correct CVT transmission fluid directly from a Nissan dealership to ensure the job was done to spec. They performed a transmission drain and fill, and also completed all the other work in a timely and efficient manner. I appreciated how quickly they diagnosed the issues and provided a clear, fair estimate before starting. They took the time to walk me through everything they did and gave helpful advice for future maintenance. If you’re looking for a shop that goes the extra mile and takes pride in doing things the right way, I highly recommend Meineke. I’ll definitely be returning for any future work.

I had a great experience with Meineke corporate due to an issue with the service provided at this location. Taylor Piazza’s (I believe he’s the District Manager) customer service from corporate was impeccable! He went above and beyond to understand and solve our particular situation, he was assertive, efficient, and professional. Thank you Taylor for your support! I will definitely consider Meineke again for my car services.

Extremely disappointed. I thought I had found a place to take my vehicle that was trustworthy but it ended up being like the stereotypical bad auto shops we all fear going to. I spent thousands to fix my AC at the Burnet location, it worked for a few months then stopped working. I was recommended new work that also ran over a thousand to fix that the manager said should have been done to begin with but was not brought up. It worked again for a bit but quickly stopped. I brought it back in to get looked at and spoke to the third new manager within a 6 month period. After “looking at it” they recommended I go to the dealership like I should have done since the beginning. My mistake for trusting them, I highly doubt they ever took a look at what the issue was since their comments didn’t match the initial findings of the dealer. Time wasted and an expensive lesson learned.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Meineke in Pflugerville! Their customer service is truly top-notch — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They replaced the entire engine on my older vehicle and went above and beyond to fix multiple issues that several other mechanics couldn’t figure out. I’ve been to many shops over the years, but this is the first time I’ve felt truly taken care of. The honesty, the quality of the work, and the attention to detail were outstanding. Love this place and will absolutely be back for any future car needs!

10/10 Service with a smile. Edward and a couple of the district managers were willing to take me and a friend's car as the last ones so that we could get back on the road. As young business owners, it's hard to find time to do the maintenance on our cars and they were willing to do us a solid with an end of day oil change! Beyond exceptional service here at Meineke
