I needed to find a trustworthy mechanic for my 2016 S60 and found Airport Austin Center and read the very positive reviews. I am so glad I found Robert! I could tell immediately that he truly cares about his customers, many of whom are long term with him. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues my S60 was having at a reasonable cost. Robert is old school, trustworthy and a very good mechanic.

VOLVO S60 2016 with 138k miles Save you some money and get better service and trustworthy mechanics. Hard to believe but believe me! Customer Service top compared to “Volvo Austin” Scared to end up at the wrong place I always got my car serviced at Volvo Austin. They always told me something different that’s wrong with my car. But the next time I would show up for service the problem disappeared and a new one came up. A little fishy in my opinion. I ended up going to Capital V connection where I was welcomed with great customer service, Robert made sure to let me know my car was in good hands and not to worry anymore. After the service Robert told me my car is in good shape and that there is nothing wrong with it. Service got done really fast and they made sure to have it done before lunch knowing I would come from Out of town. ( even though I came late for my appointment due to the weather ) I am extremely satisfied with the work they have done! They also fixed my fog lights which I never knew they was even there bcs Volvo Austin never fixed them and I guess I bought the car from Volvo Austin without the fog lights working. ( as seen in picture) I never knew they was there lol Crazy to say but trust me… Capital V connections might not look like it on first sight but your car will thank you for trusting them. Thank you Capital V thank you Robert! Happy customer here and def will return for my next service !

I took my 240 in for a transmission replacement. I should have let Robert order the transmission, rather than buying it from his recommended dealer. The transmission arrived damaged, which Robert left up to me to hash out with the retailer, inspite of it being his suggested retailer. He also only informed me of this a week after it arrived, and after he charged me $700 more than his estimate. So almost two weeks later I got my wagon back, just in time for all the oil to leak out of it as you can see in the pictures. The motor mount I requested be replaced was not replaced, which combined with the oil leak that wasn’t present at the time I brought the car in managed to catch the alternator on fire. Upon calling, the response was, “well bring it in and we will look at it” there has been zero effort on their part to rectify the situation. I would highly recommend Red Line Auto if you have a Volvo. The guy there has never done me wrong, and his work is better. A plus job ripping the hipsters off, Robert. You’re a real class act. Thank you for returning my car in an arguably similar condition I brought it to you in, and offering nothing in return for the damages that came from installing my transmission.

I have had my car serviced at Capital V Connection twice. I thought I just got lucky the first time, but it seems they are consistently top notch. They are quick to look at your car (same day as drop off) and call with good advice. There was no up charging for unnecessary repairs. When my car had a warning light, I called and was told to drop the car the next day. After checking out my car, repair just required a top off of fluids and I was not even charged. This is my go to spot for avoiding insane repair prices at the dealership. Everyone warns that having a Volvo makes repairs too expensive but Volvo owners in ATX are lucky to have such a dependable shop.

I recently visited Volvo of Austin for a simple repair and was informed that my rear brakes were at 4mm and needed immediate replacement, with an estimate of nearly $500.
