🔧 Leos Service Center

I had been in a couple times before, to get oil changes done. Then another time, to have them rotate my tires. Things seemed fine, relative. As in, I hadn’t had any bad experiences, but I also hadn’t had any “standout” customer service experiences either. Today was really bad. I went in to pick up my car - because they had it for a couple days. After I expressed that I experienced a break-in, and wanted to know how much it would cost to fix all the things. Yesterday, the price to fix my window was $150. Today, when I talked to Mark? $450. How? Why? What? The price went from $150 to $450, in a day? To fix a rear side window? Nah, I don’t have it, and the math isn’t mathing. I call back, and a woman picks up the phone. Any and every thing I asked her about, she didn’t know nor have a response really. So I get dropped off at Leo’s, to pick up my car - and there’s a light on on my dash, that most definitely wasn’t on when I dropped my car off a couple days ago. No one really has an explanation, and no one really wants to be bothered or talk anymore, after I paid $85 for a “car inspection” (i.e. they housed my car for two days and told me what parts I needed in order to get it fixed). Today I experienced terrible customer service, and it just shouldn’t be that way. No one could help me, and no one really wanted to help me. They were more concerned with me not leaving right away, because apparently I was blocking their gas pumps from customers who might want to pull in for gas. That has been my experience. Hopefully some of you have read this far. And for you, Mark - need not worry. You won’t get my business anymore. There’s no way. See y’all after while.

Fast & efficient! Loved how I could book online, makes it so much easier to plan my day. Drove away in under 15 mins. 10/10

I've gone to Leo's on airport for years. Fast, reasonable, honest and friendly except the older woman that's in the office. She is wicked and has horrible customer service skills. I have personally witnessed a racist attitude towards people who aren't like her as well as rude and non empathetic towards people who English is not a first language. If you can overlook her and focus on the mechanics you're good.

For the longest time, I used to go to Mario‘s inspection down the road, but they recently switched over to first-come, first-served, and somehow in that process, the customer service quality has gone straight down the hole. I decided to look at Leo‘s, and not only was I able to schedule an appointment, but it was easy to pre-pay using their software. They were super nice and prompt, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes for my inspection. What else could you ask for?

Great service! Fast and friendly!! We called and they had a spot open for us immediately. We watched college football while we waited. It was less than 20 min wait and they had refreshments for us while we waited.
