I've visited this place twice now, they have excellent customer service. They are very reliable and flexible with their availability and try to repair the issue ASAP. I'm very grateful I found this spot and truly recommend it to anyone.

Other body shops wouldn’t touch my car but AIC was confident, friendly, and extremely simple to work with. They took on the job. I appreciated their work, reliability, and quickness. Mr. Douglas has fantastic customer service. I am grateful I found them.

Do Not Take Your Car Here‼️let's start with the Operation Manager Ivan is very rude & unprofessional ‼️I went to the shop & received a quote from Douglas for $600 to repair a whole that was in my rear door. He printed out the quote and gave it to my husband. When I went back to get the work done Douglas was not there like always, he always has excuse why he has to leave for his own personal issues. So I went to the shop were I spoke with the rude & disrespectful manager . He claimed he did not see the quote in system so gave me another quote that was 2x what I was quoted at first. I tried to explain to him that was not what me & Douglas agreed on. He than informed me that I would not be getting the work done for the price I was quoted at first. At that time I informed him that I would like to speak with Douglas. He than informed me that it does not matter if I speak to him or not he is not willing to honor the first quote. He became very upset & rude informing me that I could go somewhere else. So finally I spoke to Douglas & informed him about the situation & let him know that I still had the paperwork, he than begins to tell me that everyone has to agree. So instead of him honoring his suppose to be professional quote he also informed me to go somewhere else. This is not the way to conduct business. I spoke with the owner he was just as rude & rushing me off the phone.‼️

WARNING: AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS! I recently took my Tesla for window tint and ended up with a broken window and a nightmare customer service experience. The owner, Desiree McDonald is a complete liar and has zero integrity. After discovering the damage, she initially offered to cover half the cost of the repair, but now completely ignores my calls and messages. When confronted about her security cameras, she claimed they didn't cover the area where my car was being worked on. I sent a friend to take pictures, proving this was a blatant lie. This shop is clearly incompetent and dishonest. They broke my car and refuse to take responsibility. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable business. **DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.** My experience with this body shop has been a complete nightmare. I brought in my 2024 vehicle, less than six months old, to repair a minor scratch. Instead of fixing it, they caused more damage. Residue was left on parts of the car that weren’t even involved in the repair, and they scratched my window and door panel. The paint job was poorly done, and two independent body shops confirmed the low quality of their work. Despite this, Austin Impact Body Center has been completely uncooperative. When I tried to address the issues, the manager yelled at me when I asked for their "one-year policy," and I have recordings of every conversation. They even blamed me for having to redo the repairs, despite their workers failing to do the job right the first—or second—time. I pointed out all the damages, which they documented, but they still didn’t fix them. It’s been over a month, and they are still ignoring my calls. I will likely have to take this to court to cover the cost of repairing my car elsewhere. Attached are pictures of the original damage and the additional damage they caused. Every visit left me in tears with horrible anxiety, feeling like I was being gaslit into thinking I was imagining things. They make you feel awful for simply wanting the work done correctly. This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. Avoid this place at all costs.
