Partway through, they called and told me my oil was burnt and that I’d need an oil change, which would be another $100. That didn’t make sense since I had just gotten my oil changed last month, so I called back to question it. After I pushed back, the person said he’d have his guy check again. I've transferred yearly maintenance from the dealership to Westlake Auto Care after the warranty expired. (I've found dealerships to be less than honest.) Have been very pleased with these visits. Recently I had issues with the front brakes, and the mechanic, Martin, was very open about the repair: the car was still safe, and the repair was optional. This week a similar issue appeared with the rear brakes. He diagnosed the issue and is attempting a quick fix to spare me the cost of replacement. And he didn't charge me!
