I've had several experiences with COBB. Purchasing products was great. Packed so that there was no way anything was damaged, I greatly appreciated that. I had to reach out to them about a question with their Accessport that I have. A bit slow on the response but in my case that wasn't an issue. And I believe they even sent an automated message to let me know, hey we're sorry but we will get to it let us know if it's urgent. Mine wasn't urgent at all. The response was exactly what I needed and had more than enough details. All of the experiences with COBB are why I always look at their products first and why I'll be going back to them in the future with any new vehicles. Good job 👍

First time Cobb customer here. These guys have the best customer service in the business. Turns out my truck was not supported due the ECU code. The Ford team turned around and had a beta flash ready the NEXT DAY. They followed up to make sure I didn't have any issues. The OTS tunes are great and exceeded my expectations. I bought multiple products from Cobb for my car. My few recent purchases from their website include, Cobb SF intake, Cobb Alternator cover, Cobb Radiator shroud, Cobb AP and Cobb shift knob. All their products are high end quality and fit like OEM. Their shipping is very fast and all packages come packed very nicely / with care. They always include extra stickers and license plate frames. It shows they truly care about their costumers and want you to be satisfied. I never had any issues with their parts but if you ever need to contact their costumer service or have any questions they respond quickly and are very professional. They will take care of you.
