🔧 Just Jeeps

After 2 months wait they didn't fix everything I needed to get fixed, too lazy to get certain parts out of the front seat so they just put in they decided to put in new ones to charge me and then I get it back after 2 months and it still leaks like a stuck pig and steering worse than I left it then told leave it again and it cost me way too much to leave it at a place that doesn't do the work right and a $5,000 bill on top of it all.

I must say James has some patience. I arrived to pick my vehicle up and there were several other vehicles parked behind mine. James came out and said oh it’s not that bad-moved one vehicle at a time as if Tetris was the game. I will be a returning customer as I can appreciate and can do attitude verses huffing and puffing and still having to do the work. He told me what was going on with my car and gave me assurance. 10/10 would recommend 💜💜💜

I brought my vehicle here to get serviced after the check engine light came on. James was awesome to work with! He promptly got my vehicle in and had the problem fixed quickly! Will definitely be back!

The guys are probably great mechanics, I have nothing bad to say about their skills. However, I will say their first resort was to replace my transmission for $6,000 with minimal diagnosis. I brought it to a transmission specialist and a $17 part cured my issues…

Just Jeeps is the go-to spot to take your Jeep in Austin. The owners Dan and Robert have forgotten more about Jeeps than most know. Their parking lot is always full with more Jeeps than some dealerships. Yet they can still manage to get you in on time for an appointment. They are fair, honest and go above and beyond. I’ve taken my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon there on multiple occasions. They are problem solvers extraordinaire. On my last trip to Just Jeeps, they could have charged me for something that didn’t need fixing. They had already ordered the part they thought they were going to need based on what I told them over the phone. Turned out after they inspected my Jeep that I didn’t need the part at all. Most shops would have replaced the part anyway since I had an appointment and they had blocked off the time and ordered the part. But not these guys. They simply said, “Good news, you don’t need the part. We’ll clean it up and get you off the rack and on your way.” Just great guys to deal with. My highest recommendation.
