The absolute best AutoZone in Texas. My company, Warden Automotive, has had accounts with multiple AZ stores and this is by far the best. Right parts, right price. Austin and his team are always on top of it!

This AutoZone location at William Cannon and McKinney Falls has been consistently disappointing. A few months ago, my son—who had just turned 18 and was excited to find his first job—walked in to ask about any openings. Instead of encouragement or even basic courtesy, he was met by a short woman who was extremely rude and clearly bothered by his question. It was discouraging and disheartening for him, especially since he’s eager to take on adult responsibilities. Today, my husband went in for help using the code reader for our vehicle. Instead of having an employee come out and assist (as they are supposed to), they just handed him the machine and sent him on his way. He even commented that anyone could have easily walked off with it—but of course, he’s honest and returned it. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service at this location is shocking. The staff here clearly need serious customer service training. Rude, careless, and unprofessional—this is not what we expect from a well-known company like AutoZone.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Visited this new store again and was attended by MR AUSTIN who informed me that didn’t have this unique 4 post battery I was requesting in stock.Mr AUSTIN took the time and initiative to locate this battery for me . He pointed me to the Auto Zone that had it and I “jetted” to that location. While MR AUSTIN was attending to me I paid attention to other employee and how they interacted with customers and only to find MR MIZAEL to be sharp and attentive as well! I Love MY AUTO ZONE STORE!!! Thank you MR AUSTIN.

I never write reviews but I felt compelled by the level of service I received at this location! Being an owner of an older (but mighty) Four Runner I’ve had many unplanned trips to AutoZone. Tonight was one of the worst, with my car actually dying in middle of a dark road 30 feet from the store. I ran into the store… kind of like a crazy person. But thankfully I was met by a team member, Austin, with the same level of urgency to move my car to parking lot quickly and safely. Austin was professional, patient, and obviously well educated not only on cars mechanics but also AutoZone’s policies. I was able to get a new battery (still under warranty, whew!) installed in record time. Turning around someone’s mood when they’re panicked about their car being broken down isn’t an easy task, so I applaud Austin’s calm and collected vibe that helped me not completely crash out and get me back moving again. Thanks again guys.

Love that this new autozone popped up here. Its so much closer and the store is so clean. The customer service was grade a . Austin the manager helped me in everything i needed. As soon as i walked in i was greeted. Felt very welcoming here.
