This place was very fast & professional for an emissions inspection. I like that. I will definitely be using them again

I am extremely frustrated with the dishonesty at this location. I took my car in for an oil change last month, and they assured me the service was done. However, just two weeks later, my maintenance light turned on. When I went to Jiffy Lube, they confirmed I needed an oil change—meaning this location either never changed my oil or used low-quality oil. As a result, I had to pay double for something that should have been done right the first time. To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility, the owner responded with more lies. This kind of deceptive business practice is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location to anyone. If you still choose to get your oil changed here, I strongly advise you to stay and watch to ensure they actually do the work and use the right oil. Trust is everything when it comes to car maintenance, and these guys have lost mine completely

I needed a state inspection performed, and my regular go-to was booked. I drove by San Fernando Auto and saw the State Inspection sign, so I went in. A young man named Luis told me they could do the inspection almost immediately, and they did. The waiting area was pleasant and shady outside. The office is small, but the work bays are plentiful, and the attitude is superb. I assume that that attitude carries over into their general repairs, and being independent, they have a homey manner and are eager to please. I highly recommend them, and Luis in particular. He has great customer service skills.

10 stars!!!! My Jeep got sick and I needed help after having it towed back home 😿 I live down the street and pass this shop every day, so I knew I would take my car here! Luis and everyone at San Fernando were beyond kind and professional. I knew my car needed throttle body and AC repair. When I was called with the diagnostic, it turned out there was more wrong with my car than I initially thought. The price I was quoted was extremely fair and less than expected. The work was completed in a few days and my car was cleaned up too! I won’t go anywhere else from basic oil changes, inspection or more detailed repair work! Will recommend to anyone that needs car help!

San Fernando Auto Services is always terrific. They are efficient and will try to squeeze you in to the schedule when they are busy. I’ve taken my car for my annual inspection, for an oil change, and for a tire rotation. The last time I went they fixed an undercarriage problem that I didn’t even realize I had.
